   • Please note that if you send directly to the recipient, it will come in a plain brown shipping box from the printers with a gift label that does not show the price.  Some, people have requested to have the magazine sent to them first, so they can wrap the magazine for the special occasion.  Please state ahead of time what you would like me to do).​​

YOU MENTIONED YOU NEED THE BIRTHDAY FOR THIS MAGAZINE, DO YOU NEED THE BIRTH TIME?

While having the birth time is helpful, no birth time is necessary for this magazine.  You simply need to provide the first name, complete month, day, and year for each magazine.  For example:  Jennie, April 3, 1967

IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE MAGAZINE?
Yes!  Everything is included in the price of the magazine for those who live in the USA.  If you live outside of these shipping areas, please contact me, as there may be an additional shipping and handling fee for your country.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, AND IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we do ship internationally in 70 different countries. However, there is an additional shipping and handling fee for orders outside the USA. Please contact us for specific details regarding international shipping costs, before making your purchase.  You will receive a separate invoice, in which you can purchase your magazine.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE MAGAZINES AT ONCE FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE?

Yes, you can order multiple magazines in a single purchase.  Just add in the quantity you would like in payment link.  After completing your purchase, please provide the necessary details for each recipient via email.  Double check that the details are correct.  You can also prioritize which magazines you want to go out first.  For example, maybe you have someone with a birthday coming up soon.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO COMPLETE EACH MAGAZINE?  WHEN CAN I EXPECT MINE TO ARRIVE?
I pour a lot of love and time into each magazine, so that each recipient absolutely loves it when they open it.  I only do a limited number each week, as each page is created and organized by hand before going to the printers.  On average it can take up to 2 weeks to complete your magazine on my end, and the shipping time can be an additional week or two depending on where you are located.  So, all in all, you're looking at approximately a 3-4 week wait. I will send you a tracking link once, I receive it from the printers.

CAN I TRACK THE DELIVER OF MY MAGAZINE ONCE IT'S SHIPPED?

Yes, we provide tracking information once the magazine is shipped from our third party printer, so you can monitor its delivery progress.

I WOULD LOVE TO GIFT THIS AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE BUT REALIZE THE GIFT WON'T BE DONE IN TIME FOR THEIR SPECIAL BIRTHDAY, SHOWER, CHRISTMAS, OR EVENT.  DO YOU OFFER A GIFT CERTIFICATE, SO THEY SEE THAT SOMETHING IS ON THE WAY, AND I DON'T GO COMPLETELY EMPTY HANDED?

Absolutely!  Simply, let me know at the time of purchase that you would like a gift certificate, and I will create a personalized themed certificate that you may print off, and put into a card.  This allows them to know it's on its way, or they can email me directly with the details when their baby is born, and I can start right away on their creation.  Just let me know ahead of time, and I'll put all the instructions inside for them.
