Along with the channeled message, I tune into the group to see what the overall healing theme is for the month. From there, I create a Heal by Numbers coloring page that helps you gently release stuck emotions, patterns, and beliefs that are ready to move. This page comes with a guided meditation that supports the coloring process, helping you release old energy and invite in a fresh new activation.
