This isn't a typical intuitive reading. A Soul Reconnection Session is a two-part intuitive experience designed to help you reconnect with your own Higher Self, gain clarity, and feel more aligned with your life.

Rather than focusing on prediction, this work centers on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, gently releasing what no longer feels aligned, and reconnecting with the part of you that already knows what you need next.

Receive Your Welcome Email

After booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, including how to schedule your session and where to send your questions or themes. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case. You can email me at thehigherselflife@gmail.com for any questions.

Come Up with Your Questions & Themes

You’re welcome to share up to 6 questions, themes, or simply write out what’s been going on for you for this reading session. You will receive question and theme suggestions in your welcome email.

Step 4

Intuitive Channeling

After I receive your questions & themes, I set aside dedicated time to tune into your session. Before I begin, I say a prayer inviting in only the highest vibrational truth and ask that unconditional love, healing, amusement, and clarity be present for everyone involved.

I then connect with your Higher Self and mine and allow the information that’s ready to come through to unfold. What I receive often comes as a combination of words, insights, and visual impressions. I write everything down as it comes through so it can be clearly shared during our session.

This intuitive tuning happens before we meet live and forms the foundation of our time together.

Step 5

Your Life Session

For our live session, we’ll begin with a brief prayer to create a grounded, supportive space and invite in only the highest truth, love, and clarity.

We’ll then meet for a 30-minute phone session, where I’ll share what came through during the channeling. From there, we’ll leave space for clarification, follow-up questions, and guided energy healing if appropriate.

You’ll receive a recording of your session within 24–48 hours afterward.
